If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Quality Assurance team within 3 days of receiving your product. We may offer:
Determination of defects is at LFG management’s discretion. We may request photos or a return of the product to validate the issue and may be required to ship the product back to LFG at their own expense in an agreed-upon reasonable time frame. If a return of the order is necessary for quality review, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if LFG Printing and Advertising determines that a defect does exist, we may reimburse the client for the return shipping expenses at our discretion. Any fees associated with expedited services—such as rush printing or express shipping—are non-refundable, even in the event of a defective product, unless the defect is a direct result of a UPS error (e.g., damage during delivery or failure to deliver the package).
Turnaround times and shipping methods for reprint requests will vary based on current production capacity and are determined at the discretion of LFG management.
Please note that direct mail services are excluded from our standard return policy. Any issues with direct mail orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for refunds or reprints.
LFG Printing and Advertising reserves the right to modify or update any policies at any time without prior notice.
Turnaround time begins after written final approval of your proof. No verbal approvals will be accepted. Preferred file format is Adobe PDF. Acceptable applications include InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other standard professional design tools.
Raster images should be CMYK. All fonts must be outlined or embedded. Color consistency across screens, proofs, and final printed pieces may vary due to material and printing methods.
LFG Printing and Advertising reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our sole discretion.
Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may require additional time depending on order complexity or unexpected issues. Turnaround may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping fees include handling costs. Local delivery may be available within San Bernardino County via standard delivery services. Not all addresses are eligible. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and delivery method.
LFG facilitates mailing through USPS. We are responsible for processing and handing over mail to USPS. Once transferred, USPS is responsible for delivery. Lost or undelivered mail is not our liability.
Mailing list data is kept confidential and deleted post-campaign.
